In Slovakia, electric vehicles get a green number plate, usually starting with "EL" or "EV"—handy for making their electric credentials obvious at a glance.
There’s no requirement for an emissions sticker, as there are currently no nationwide low‑emission zones.
Dedicated road signs just for EVs are rare. At charging points you’ll usually see the familiar plug icon with an additional panel:
"Parkovanie len počas nabíjania" (Parking only while charging)
Which is a polite way of saying: only park there while you’re actually charging.
