3. Location Data
The app uses MapBox to display map elements and your geographic position. Processing of location data requires your explicit location permission, which is requested upon the first use of the map feature through the iOS permission dialog. You may withdraw this permission at any time through the iOS settings under “Privacy & Security → Location Services”.

Any transfer of data to the United States is conducted on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR.
4. No Disclosure of Personal Data
We do not disclose your personal data to third parties unless such disclosure is strictly necessary for the operation of the app (e.g., MapBox or HERE for map and search functions).
We expressly state that the app conducts no user tracking, no analytical profiling, and no data sharing for marketing or advertising purposes.
5. Your Rights as a Data Subject
In accordance with the GDPR, you are entitled to the following rights:

9. Use of the HERE API
For the search and display of charging stations, the app uses the Geocoding and Search API v7 provided by HERE Global B.V., Kennedyplein 222, 5611 ZT Eindhoven, Netherlands.
The following data may be transmitted to HERE servers:
- Search queries (e.g., “charging station”),
- Coordinates of your current or selected location (only where location permission is active),
- Technical metadata (e.g., device information, IP address)
This processing is carried out for the purpose of providing relevant search results.
Processing is based on your consent for location access (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in offering an efficient and user-friendly search feature.
